Progressing Cavity (PC) Pumps
Progressing Cavity Pumps offer precise flow and pressure with very little required maintenance. Electrically operated and incrementally controlled, these pumps deliver variable flows at constant temperatures.
Progressing Cavity Pumps are rotary, self-winding, positive displacement pumps used to pump or meter thin to highly viscous liquids, pasty, neutral or aggressive, pure or abrasive liquids, gaseous liquids or liquids that tend to foam, even liquids with fibrous and solid components.
Advantages:
- High metering accuracy for dosing flocculants, precipitants, neutralizing agents, or sampling
- Continuous, extremely gentle, and non-pulsating pumping
- Excellent self-priming capability, including highly-contaminated and difficult to handle liquids
- Suitable for products with dry solid content up to 45%
WASTEWATER:
Progressing Cavity Pump in block design up to PN 16.
Liquid to highly viscous, pasty, neutral or aggressive, pure or abrasive, gaseous or tending to froth, also with fibrous and solids content.
Wastewater, wastewater treatment engineering, environmental industry.
WASTE LIQUIDS:
Progressing Cavity Pump in base plate design
Pump and motor are mounted on a base plate, with feeding screw up to PN 25 for highly viscous fluids.
For handling highly viscous or non-flowable, neutral or aggressive, pure or abrasive, as well as gas-containing media, also with fibrous and solids content. Here the screw shafts can additionally serve as a mixing device.
Sewage and environmental engineering, chemical and petrochemical industries, food and beverages industry, paper and pulp industry, soap and fats industry, dye and paint industry, plastic and ceramics industry, marine and offshore engineering, agriculture.
