Polymers, Poly-electrolytes, Polymer Dosing Systems
Polymers, or poly-electrolytes, are a sludge-conditioning additives available in powder or liquid form. Powder polymers are used with a polymer preparation unit that will dilute, prepare, mature and store the polymer stock as needed.
In conjunction with polymer pumps, a polymer dosing system, and the filter press control system, the polymer preparation unit will provide the exact polymer quantity required to prepare the sludge before entering the belt filter or filter press.
